Its very easy
On u r menu go to 'system settings' -> 'server settings' -> 'services'
On the left side will be the currently active services running on the
machine. See if webmin is active. If not click on the webmin and then
click start. A confirmation Services started successfully will appear.
To do all this u should be the root user.
Now open your mozilla and type: http://localhost:10000/
That is all. You can log in with root user.
