Friends.
I exchanged the ADM-100c reliance card with ZTE MG 880 card.
This is working fine.

Followed the above guide.
wvdial rocked.
Tested with ubuntu 8.04.
ADM-100c card should get driver in linux.
The speed is from 90 to 100 kbps from speedtest.net in open ground.
But inside room, no hope. :-(
