[Ilugc] Which is the best Linux distro?

I have got an old P-1 PC with 96MB RAM.I currently have Mandrake
8.2 & Win98 on my PC.I need a fairly fast distro(KDE is a must) for my
PC as Mandrake crawls.

Mandrake doesn't crawl, but KDE does. You can give RedHat 6.2, RedHat 7.3
or Mandrake 6.0 a shot.
