[Ilugc] Ubuntu 14,04 VM - cloud provider

   >Amazon Web Services (AWS) gives a free micro instance for one year.

They have several images of various Linux distros.  I am sure Ubuntu
14.04  AMI (Amazon Machine Image).   Caveat to create an account you
will have to pop out a credit card.

Digital Ocean also provides a minimum VPS with 512MB RAM and single
vCPU @ $5/mo.

YMMV, since you have not given any details about your project.

Sorry. missed the project details.
The project is something like virtual network labs(emualtes network
devices), using NFV technology. For development , i am using LXC. Hence, i
need to run multple lxc containers inside(probably 20+) .
So minimum 4GB ram and decent CPU is required.
