[Ilugc] Ubuntu?

Hey,
I just got Ubuntu Dapper Drake 6.06 LTS from the site(Ship it free).
I 've a P4 1.7Ghz Intel 845glly Motherboard. and 256MB of SD Ram.

I am finding it hard to install the linux in my system.

Help and any suggestions?
