[Ilugc] USB - Webcam

Hi all,
   I have newly purchased a Frontech USB Webcam (e-Cam). Can any one
tell me how to set it up on my linux box.

I use PCQ Linux 2004 (FC1)
-> 2.4 Kernel

How to enable USB devices in linux ??
