this is a random topic list. What one needs are categories and levels. For
example:
Version control
VCS - Subversion
DVCS - Mercurial, bazaar, git
levels - beginner, intermediate, advanced
Web deployment
Apache, nginx, cherokee, lighttpd
same three levels
once we have a list like this, then it is easy for people to select subject
and level and propose a talk.
