Bottom posting is really useful if all of us snip and summarize.
However, without snipping, it makes it a very hard read..
Summarizing takes time and that is also at a premium.
If you are too lazy to respect the feelings and rules of the list,
you should not have joined here in the first place. Top posting by
people who do not know the rules can be excused - but deliberate
breach of etiquette is merely rude - very rude
