The program 'vrms' is currently not installed.  You can install it by
typing:
sudo apt-get install vrms

[root@xlquest lawgon]# sudo apt-get vrms
sudo: apt-get: command not found

For root user, sudo is not necessary.
Just use apt-get.

Which OS you have?

If you have Fedora, use:

$ sudo yum install vrms

Only in Debian, Ubuntu, etc... use:

$ sudo apt-get install vrms
