[Ilugc] Tamil Phonetic Typing in Fedora

Hello,
I get the Keyboard icon in the notification - ibus runs perfectly.
Perfectly ok.
I chose tamil keyboard layout in Regional and language settings.
This is system wide change . You need to change ibus setting . you can use
the command "ibus-setup" . After adding tamil. Check for shortcut to change
keyboard layout. If not change it in shell. you must get some other icon
other than keyboard. That represents the change of keyboard.
