What about shouting in the list? Is it also in the "RFC 1855"?
Since we are seeing too many "top-posting" and "not removing unwanted text"
mails in the list, it is good to use the same weapon(RFC 1855 violation) to
teach them... It reminds me the Tamil proverb - "To take out thorn, use thorn"
