[Ilugc] System clock out of sync with hardware clock

is the drift by the same amount of time? if so.. check if u have enabled
UTC in linux.

if not then your BIOS batter must have gone weak

I forgot to mention that sometimes I use Win XP for official works. Is there
any chance for dual boot to create similar problem? I want to confirm
whether it's the problem with BIOS battery. Can someone help me?
