[Ilugc] Suggest Best software to write DVD & VCD

PersonaIly  i dont like fancy GUI stuff. Command line tools like
cdrecord and mkisofs have never failed me. If you still insist on GUI
then i suggest k3b. It is a long timer and has not failed me even when
other similar GUI tools have failed like Xcdroast (i think now it is
obsolete package). 

I agree - brasero is useless.
