[Ilugc] Squid: File size limit exceeds error

Dear friends,

I have confiured squid-2.5 on RH9, when i start the
service using the following commands

/usr/local/squid/sbin/squid -z
ulimit 16384 or 8192
/usr/local/squid/sbin/squid -NCd1

it exit with the error

File size limit exceeds

Please help me to overcome this problem
