dont mix up your internet connection and your webserver. you cant change
the webserver everytime you change your internet provider. BSNL dataone
is fully linux compatible except for the change password and billing
info.
you can get linux hosting for about 1K a year with 10 mb of space,
control panel and basic stuff like perl, php and mysql - also unlimited
email ids, etc etc. Register your domain - about 500 a year and you are
ready to go
