Why is it that people dont intimate to the LUG before conducting a

I normally feel we need to discuss prior when we are in need of
volunteers from LUG. Why disturb all when I can manage?. In this case
Prof.Srinivasan was in the College for some other reason and during
the conversation they hit upon the idea of seminar. He rang up from
there, I agreed for it. As NRCFOSS is arranging for few of their
members, I didn't think it is necessary to call for volunteers.
