I've had instances where they would arbitrarily block IP pools for SMTP
traffic especially if it belonged to another ISP! Their customer support
also seemed to use their network as a learning experience tinkering with
network settings at will at the cost of hapless customers. They are surely
pretty hard to get to for anything to be set right. If it were to do with
relaying and configurations, particularly so.

He is not even ready to talk to his customers.
This happened once when i had to talk to someone whom i thought I can make
them understand the problems I ha(d)ve in getting a reverse DNS setup.
May be we can get a rally organized to grab their attention?!!!?
