[Ilugc] SATA hdd -linux installation -reg

Hi all
   
  i purchased new computer with sata 80gb hdd. i installed winxp and free 20gb 
for linux.
  i tried to install the red hat linux 9.0 . It is showing no harddrives found.
  Kindly suggestion.
