If Somebody is interested  to propose a talk, please do stick to the
following standards.

   1. Title of talk.,
   2. Brief description about the talk not exceeding 50 words.
   3. Kindly mentioned to the link to the application what you are going to
   talk about.
   4. Any presentation materials, sample code to share were highly
   appreciated [optional]
