[Ilugc] Remington keyboard at ELCOT - "DONE"

One can install the keyboard driver from:
http://nrcfosshelpline.in/code/wiki/TamilRemingtonLayout

Its got the latest files after Shrini's updation.
(Shrini, I have made further changes too)

But, it shows only "Boxes" with layout edited by me.
try this:
. Open OpenOffice.org
. select scim's Tamil remington
. type somethig random
. select the typed txt
. select tamil unicode font
