[Ilugc] Regarding ILUGC website!

I think the real problem is that it is necessary to ssh to the webserver
rather than having a web-based interface. What about setting up a wiki?
That way everyone can contribute as much time as they are willing to spend.
Note: A wiki *is* a CMS.
