[Ilugc] Reg-RPM pakage creation

Hi All,

         I am using REDHAT 9 distro.I have tried to create source RPM But
i was falied to do that.Please help me out to do that & please whether i
need to install pakages additional pakages for that..But during installation
i have chosed everything option.
