Hi,
?I would like to implement an Open Source Ticketing System in my Cent OS
environment. So Please suggestion / guide me for best tool of Ticket System.
You can try OTRS or OSticket both of them are ticketing system with
escalation and various methods to raise ticket request.
OTRS is more customisable so will be little more complexed compared to OSticket,
