[Ilugc] Redhat Display corrupted

We have installed (long back) Redhat 8.0 in one system.
When we login in the GUI as an user or root the display is corrupted.In the
screen we get some small display boxes with out any text visible.How to
rectify.
Looks like a locale problem here... Please check if you have the
correct locale set and the program ran has support for that locale....
it moves on...
