There are a lot of GI|UI to create RPM packages.You can use them
in RedHat9.0,provided tou have the required GCC version and
libraries.Download RHEL Free from ORACLE site called as" Unbreakable Linux"
and use it.I use SUSE and a RPM building tool is packaged in the
distribution.
Tell me if you eant to do it in commandline.
