If you have a laser printer like a hp laserjet, you can buy tshirt transfer
paper, print the image onto it and then hire one of the isthiri-walla guys
to just place the transfer paper flat on the tshirt and iron it on with a
hot iron. Just buy blank white tshirts from the tirupur people.
about the payment site - shopping cart is easy, but how about the backend
part - payment processing? You need access to a payment gateway or
something like icici paydirect.
