Hello everyone,
Need volunteers to translate 525 english strings to tamil used by
Pressbooks website.
*About Pressbooks:* PressBooks is an open source book content management
system (built on WordPress) which exports in multiple formats: ebooks,
webbooks, print-ready PDF, and various XML flavours.
While using Pressbooks website to create epub version of project madurai
books, it was observed that the standard words appeared in english in the
generated book, like copyright, title, author etc. Pressbooks has support
for non english languages. They need the localized versions of their
application strings.
Localisation will achieve the following:
1) Generated ebooks will be totally in tamil.
2) UI of the website will be in tamil. (This is secondary but nice to have)

1) Pressbooks application strings are hosted in http://transifex.com ;.
Register youself at transifex and request to join the translation team for
tamil for the project at https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/pressbooks/
2) Contact me off list so we can co ordinate and drive it to finish
