Nice Poster! Some minor suggestions:
Tux has a white hairy outline. Try to feather the selection of tux by
say 5 pixels and invert-selection and clear-selection twice or thrice
until the white outline goes away. That will fix it.
Why that "KDE" and "GNOME"? :) Is this going to be a demo of various
desktop software?
If you are thinking of distributing this as photocopies, then try to
change the background to something thats not dark. Try to Design it
all in gray scale (with not much 'shades' or variations of 'half
tones' in there).
