ILUGC has to take care of tech side of the exhibition. The students
there are, as far as thiagu knows, do not have linux knowledge. We
need atleast 15-20 ilugc volunteers to conduct exhibition.
We thought of one day workshop before the show, for small group of
students to familarise them with linux, so that they will be helpful
in arranging system, loading linux/running livecd etc. and provide
support on demoing easy stuff like browser,office tools, edu software
etc. Only 2-3 of us for this workshop.

Your long list of questions has negative answer in atleast 98 percent
of colleges.
IMO, we need to do few workshops, let students learn,
and then proceed to conduct an exhibition where
students are in a good position to answer queries to
visitors.
Yes that is best as we do in MIT. However this one is purely ILUGC
show and college providing infrastructure.
If its a *management* decision then ... no comments.
I think it is management decision.
Return on Saturday or on Sunday? How long does it take
to travel to and fro?
Return on Sunday. It should be about 3 hours of journey.
