I want to convert my code in perl to a gui application.
currently i am executing it in terminal,so i need some tool to convert my
code to a software.
I am searching for a tool that supports objects that can be dragged and
coded just like android studio.

what is your purpose? I dont think perl have a IDE like "android
studio" with "Drag and Drop Feature And Coding" thingy.
