[Ilugc] PING ?

I have a problem in PING. Me and my friend have a challenge. Iam not
able to PING to his system. But he able to PING my system. Also I am
able to PING other systems. What wud be the Problem?
Your ISP might be blocking ICMP wholesale because of nachi / welchia.
Or at least blocking 92 byte packets, because of nachi / welchia (and so
blocking windows traceroute / ping, which use just this packet size)
