Unlikely. Distributions which only want to include Free and open source
software won't include the Sun stack unless it is free of proprietary
encumbrances. Sun Java is not completely under a GPl+ Classpath
exception license yet.

i am not trying to flame or some thing but i am really not good in this
aspect -- so if there is some thing that iam missing . specially since you
mention that a make file for he identical binary that sun ships is not to
be available - is ubuntu being available with this aolution to the
predicament you mentioned -- if not how so ?
That particular distribution is merely including binaries with
proprietary parts that a vendor provides without the complete source
code under a Free and open source license. That isn't a solution for
everyone.
