configure: error: BDB/HDB: BerkeleyDB not available
I have also installed db-4.2.52.NC (BerkeleyDB) and it
is under /usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.2/
I even put an entry in /etc/ld.so.conf as
/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.2/inclue where db.h is located
You need the path to the berkeleydb lib directory in ld.so.conf
Then run ldconfig once you have edited that file
Though if you have berkeley db libs already around in your distro it makes
sense to use those (db4 and db4-devel in redhat / fedora, different stuff
in other distros)

mv: cannot move `linux' to `Gnu/Linux': No such file or directory
