Dear all,
Myself conducted a one day FDP on FOSS in Shrimati Indira Gandhi College,
Trichy on 13/11/2015. More than 20 faculty members attended the program.

Participants were introduced to various open source tools for conducting
laboratory practicals. The existing Windows based PCs were replaced with
Ubuntu MATE 15.04. OpenLDAP+NFS was setup and configured by the faculty
members for authentication / storing of user data.
The college is looking for local technical support persons (preferably
in/around Trichy) who can provide technical support/training.
