You can set the perl path in the header of the file as:
#!/usr/bin/perl -w
and then give excecute permissions to the script..Now u can run it as
<Script_Name> arg1 arg2...
If u donno where perl is u can try 'whereis perl'
or 'which perl' in ksh.
