Where this redirection should take place? is it in the web server side or in
the client side?
1) Web server side:
If you are using the Apache server, you can add the following configuration
in the the apache server configuration file of the www.lugc1.com
Redirect permanent / http://www.lugc2.com
and restart apache.
2) Client side:
If you are using squid as the proxy server, you can follow the link
http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/FAQ/FAQ-15.html
