I have couple of questions regarding BSNL broadband.
1. Can I see a DEMO from BSNL office before applying for the same?
I tried asking them as well as their "Sangamam" call centre but they are
clueless. Did any of you happen to witness a Demo?
2. If I buy the ADSL Modem not from them, where else can I get it?
(Like Ritchie St., etc) Is it cheaper/reliable/compatible
than the price offered by BSNL people? If anyone purchased from a vendor
what was the price?
3. If my 1st question could not be answered, can someone (if possible)
who has taken a Broadband connection at office or home, show me a Demo?
Would really like to experience the speed it's offering beforehand I
apply for one.
4. Do they provide a system (web interface sort of thing) to monitor the
bandwidth usage?
Till June I won't have any restriction but after that will they provide,
so that I can keep
an eye over my bandwidth usage.
5. How long do they take to give a connection after the application is
submitted?
I asked their call centre, helpline and other officials and couldn't get a
vivid answer.
So I thought of asking someone who has already taken a connection presently.
