that is comparable to the 8 blind men who felt each part of the elephant
and said it is like a rope, a hosepipe, a wall etc.
just fixing security is no use - you need technical solutions, sure -
but you need legislative, ISP antispam policy etc measures, you need
user education about spam and security, etc.
