Identifying a locatily that is easily reachable on road is one way..
Chennai is huge. 1 tenth of the whole of Tamilnadu is dumped here.
Ways to have multiple LUGs within chennai need to explored, than pushing
everyone towards a single meet.
there shall be multiple meets on a given date at many places..
but as usual, need more physical volunteers, till then ILUGC meet & NRCFOSS
