We had our March Month meet on March 9.
GT Rao, from rajasthan, discussed about his activities on promoting FOSS in
North India.
He explained how the offline work is much important than online promoting
of FOSS.
He requests to reach the computer centers, schools, arts colleges, poly
technic institutes, medical institutes
to promote the use of FOSS, regularly with the printed pamphlets.
He had a nice discussion with the participants with their own experiences
on reaching public for promoting FOSS.
Then, Raguvaran demonstrated on how to setup a LDAP server and used
jXplorer to use a client.
