I have created an "announcement" list, wherein only a "set" of members
are allowed to post to the list.
Currently, I have done it by restricting all members to be "moderated"
along with the "reject" option and manually disabling the "moderated"
bit only for those members in the "set."
The above works but I was wondering if there is another way of achieving
the above.
I did go through the mailman configs but nothing caught my eye.
