[Ilugc] Looking for a tool to create static HTML pages for Debian/Ubuntu package repository

Unfortunately, such a tool doesn't seem to exist, based on my
searching. One would have to hand-roll a script to read the deb
package's control file in order to come up with such a solution.
Should I run into something like this, I will let you know.
In our FOSS Lab server we create static HTML style pages using repoview for
RPM based distributions like Fedora / CentOS. The college system
administrators browse through the repository groups / packages in browser
and later they install them through YUM package manager.
If a similar thing could be available for Debian / Ubuntu it would be
helpful to everyone.
