The school staff are not keen to stay beyond 5pm on friday
to help us to set things. Probably we need to do more pleading to
allow the lower level staff to stay. I feel we can drop the idea of
setting up things on Friday late evening, as we need their coperation
on two of their holidays.
We better be there very early on Sat morning like 7-7.30am and finish
off things by 9-9.30pm.
My humble request is, please come with all required software
pre-installed and properly setup. Avoid doing it at the venue.
