[Ilugc] LDD in JEC (Was: July Month ILUGC Meeting)

FYI: Yday Mr Kumaran spoke to me. He asked, "Howto start the
preparation for LDD?". I gave the following tips:
1. Get the permission from the Mng.
2. Select 2 or 3 dates for LDD.
3. Fund allocation for Advt and logistics.
4. Form the local volunteer team, try to teach them the basics of the
GNU/Linux System.
5. For Adv topics, some of our ILUGC Members will help in training.
6. The Show is going to be managed by your Team. ILUGC team help in
this process.
7. Once dates list is prepared, Catch us to finalize the dates.
He said, "LDD on Sat & Sun may not work out. We are planning to
conduct Fri and Sat".
