Just corrected the contributor name.

I have successfully released the first official release of kaanalnet
project on 17th September.
KaanalNet is network test bed for SDN networks.

Thanks to pradeep(http://praveenlearner.wordpress.com) who developed
the Webportal -   kaanalnet.org.
