We are looking out for Lead Mysql DBA Professional for one of the Operations
Team at Bangalore.
Detailed JD:
MySQL DBA? version 5.1+ with 3-4+ years of hands on experience.
Assume responsibility for operational, maintenance, automation,
backup/recovery, performance tuning activities of multiple MySQL databases.
Education: Four year Full time Bachelor's degree from reputed institution.
Experience: Atleast 4+ years of solid hands-on MySQL experience.
Qualifications -
- 5+ years of hands on industry experience.
- Production mission critical enterprise environments
- Strong RHEL Linux
- UNIX shell scripting
- Team spirit
- Excellent communication skills

Should have proven skills in -
- Debugging high performance, high availability databases
- Backups / Restores
- Exposure to different kind of Engines (MYISAM / INnodb)
- MySQL High Availability via Replication
- Performance Tuning / Query Tuning / Capacity planning
- Installation/Upgrades
- Reviewing and applying database schema changes
?Good to have:
- Oracle DBA experience.
