1) Build Engineer
Requirements:
2+ years release/ configuration engineering experience using Version
Control Systems (CVS/ClearCase/RCS) for a Web-based software
environment. 1+ year of Perl and or Python experience. 1+ year of
current UNIX (Solaris and/or Linux) with shell script experience.
Working knowledge of Solaris / Linux packages. Experience working with
Web servers such as Apache and Application Servers like Weblogic /
JBoss. Experience with various build / release operations such as tags,
branch, merge etc. Ability to see the "big picture". Experience in DB
administration is a plus.
2) Version Control Engineer
Requirements:
Solid "C" development experience (at least 3 years). Reading knowledge
of Perl, Python, Bash (or other Bourne-derived shell). Work experience,
including operating System design, process management, networking, and
threading. Solid Unix experience, including shell programming, crontab,
user-level familiarity with system services including inetd and
Sendmail. Experience in supporting a software product, either internal,
commercial, or open source (CVS/SVN) is a plus.
3) Framework Developer
Responsibilities :
Design, estimate (time and risk), prototype, implement, test, and
document new functionality to satisfy PM requirements both singly and in
concert with other team members. Diagnose, triage, estimate, patch,
test, and document fixes for current and older releases. Framework
performance, scalability and reliability analysis and tuning. Adherence
to commonly agreed conventions regards coding and usage patterns.
Requirements:
Expert Java/J2EE programmer who knows Python (preferred) or Perl as
well. Must know HTML, HTTP, and SQL. Must be able to multitask.
Nice to have:
Experience with Apache, Tomcat, and any of the tools and libraries
available at jakarta.Apache.org and on tigris.org or any of the common
open source tools (CVS, Bugzilla, etc.). OOAD practice and UML modeling.
Knows an application server such as Weblogic or JBoss. Experience in
design and development of collaborative development tools and
technologies.
