[Ilugc] Is IISDLL is virus how to remove it

If what you mean to ask is regarding the Windoze virus, please go
ahead and remove it. Many of us consider Windoze itself a virus, and
have either removed it long back, or never installed it.
I don't think you will get a better answer than this in this
forum. Please consult a more relevant forum.
