The Details of the selection process are as follows:
Scope of test
==========
Qualifying Stage: Evaluation of verbal communication skills. The
duration of the test will be about 10-12 minutes
On clearing the above stage there will be an aptitude (Online written)
test and an interview.
Please bring along a copy of your resume and a passport photograph.
Please be prepared to spend about 3-4 hours in toto.
All the candidates who are selected for admission will be given a
conditional appointment letter by Slash Support.
About the Training Program:
====================
The training program will be of 12 weeks duration. It will be run from
8:00AM to 5:00 PM and will be conducted in air conditioned class rooms
fully equipped with the latest teaching aids. Snacks/lunch etc will be
provided at the venue. There will be familiarization sessions, which
will be conducted according to the normal shift timings of the Tech
Support Center. A stipend of Rs.2500p.m. is paid during the training
period.
On employment with Slash Support a fresher will draw a gross
compensation of Rs.8000 p.m. plus shift allowance (Rs.150 per day ?
considering 20 working days it works out to a compensation of
Rs.11,000 p.m)They will also get pick up and drop facilities and
various other perks.
The course fee is Rs.30,000 and the same may be paid in full at the
time of admission. We have made some arrangements with Bank of India,
Mylapore so that you may be able to avail loan up to Rs.25,000 against
standard documentation and other terms. On successful completion of
the program and the evaluation process thereof, you will be offered
employment at SlashSupport as a Trainee Technical Support Engineer.
Once you complete 12 months service with slash support, Rs.24,000 (80%
of the course fee) will be refunded to you.
