Hi Folks,
The Indus Valley research group at chennai want to develop a web based
system to upload their research articles, photos of IVC seals, to a
website. They need a PHP programmer for helping them to develop this site.
There would be some stipend or reward or a considerate amount to be paid for
this work. But the pay cannot be market equivalent. So those who could
treat this project as a National Service can come forward and send your
profile.
One of speciality in this project is that a high profile person from one of
the MNC, is associated with this Indus valley research as a hobby. So any
one working in this project will definitely have bright opportunities.
What they need is some one to take over as project lead, and define the
specifications and requirements. Then you can make use of other volunteers,
to participate in the coding.
We ILUGC members are long discussing about a Open Source indigenous product
from India. Most of the open source PHP softwares being developed outside
india. I hope, now we have a real time requirement to develop a small
software for a national cause.
